  • When will I receive my order?
    Our standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery time ranges between 2-3 days after dispatch for Bengaluru and 4-7 days for the rest of India. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship our candles to anywhere in India. Regretfully, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
    As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address email us olphora@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
  • What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?
    We try our hardest to maintain the highest quality standards and take great care in delivering our products. As part of our policy, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition based on the order placed. However, if the product is damaged/broken on delivery or does not match the one you ordered, please reach out to us on our email - olphora@gmail.com within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery of your order and we can happily replace your order and arrange a reverse pick-up for returns of damaged or incorrect deliveries. Replacement orders will be delivered within 6–7 business days. Refund Policy: Olphora Wellness does not provide refunds or exchanges for accurately delivered items. Damaged or incorrect products can be replaced if reported within 72 hours of delivery with a recorded unboxing video as proof of damage in transit. Contact us via email at olphora@gmail.com.

  • Are Olphora products vegan friendly?
    Our products are not tested on animals, are free from Parabens, PEGS and contain no animal by-products and can be considered as vegan friendly.
  • How long will a Olphora candle burn for?
    Under ideal conditions, our 226g candles offer a burn time of up to 40 hours. However, actual burn duration may vary due to several factors. These include proper candle care—such as keeping wicks trimmed and centered—the length of each burn session, placement in drafty or air-conditioned spaces, and the candle’s age. A deeper wax pool from extended burns may also lead to faster evaporation. To maximize your candle’s longevity, we recommend following the burning instructions provided with your purchase.
  • Do I need to trim my candle wicks?
    Yes. As the wax level decreases, the wicks naturally become longer. To ensure a clean and even burn, we recommend trimming the wicks to 7mm and keeping them upright before each use.
  • What does Triple Scented mean?

Our candles offer exceptional fragrance throw, both when unlit and while burning, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious aroma in less time.
  • Why are some fragrances stronger than others?
    The Art of Fragrance Perception The way we experience fragrances is influenced by a variety of factors, including their composition, the perfumer’s craftsmanship, and the concentration of fragrance notes. Our personal mood, level of alertness, and even our environment can significantly impact how a scent is perceived. Interestingly, the same fragrance can evoke different sensations at different times of the day. For instance, a scent experienced in the morning may feel distinctively different in the early afternoon when our body’s circadian rhythm naturally dips, often leading to cravings for coffee or something sweet. This is why professional perfumers evaluate fragrances before midday, ensuring an accurate and balanced assessment. Fragrances also behave uniquely in a space. Some are delicate and atmospheric, gradually unfolding to create a soft, lingering presence—these often feature powdery, musky, or lightly sugared notes, reminiscent of an elegant and subtle backdrop. On the other hand, certain fragrances are bold and energetic, demanding attention with vibrant, intense notes such as caramel, citrus, or tropical fruits. These lively scents are designed to make a statement, filling a space with their dynamic and captivating essence.   • Why do I need to burn my 226g candle for more than 1 hour and less than 4?
    For the best burning experience, allow your candle to burn for at least one hour to ensure the wax melts evenly to the edges. Burning for shorter periods may cause tunneling, leaving unmelted wax around the sides, reducing fragrance diffusion, and potentially drowning the wick. Avoid burning your candle for more than four hours at a time, as an excessively long wick may lean to the side or overheat the glass. Always follow proper candle care guidelines for a safe and long-lasting experience.
  • Why should you stop burning your candle when 10mm of wax remains?
    To ensure safety and maintain the integrity of your candle, we recommend discontinuing use when approximately 10mm of wax remains. Burning beyond this point may cause the glass container to overheat, potentially leading to cracks or breakage. This precaution helps prevent any safety hazards while allowing you to enjoy your candle responsibly.
  • Why is there black residue around the rim of my candle jar?
    Black residue may appear on the rim of your candle jar if the wick is not trimmed regularly. To ensure a clean burn, trim the wick to approximately 7mm before each use or if the candle has been burning for more than two hours continuously. This helps prevent excess carbon buildup, which causes the black residue. If you notice any residue on the glass, simply wipe it off with a dry paper towel to keep your candle looking pristine.
